Hours of work: 37.5 per week, 08.00 – 16.30
Our site in Worksop, where we make iconic brands including Bisto, Oxo and Batchelors, are recruiting for someone with previous manufacturing management experience to provide operational support to the Site Operations Manager and Centre Managers. Your main role will be to support them to drive standardisation across all four of our Manufacturing Centres whilst supporting the management team to embed a new operations structure.
You will also coach our Shift Leads to enable them to undertake additional responsibilities in the absence of a Shift Manager, and support them with their development journey to becoming future Managers.
Health and Safety across the site is paramount, so your role will also involve supporting the Operations Management team to ensure a safe working environment exists for everyone on site, actively participating in safety initiatives.
You will also need to have an interest in Continuous Improvement, as you will be working with the CI team to embed CI processes and projects, and drive improvement activities.

- Previous experience of manufacturing management
- Proven interest and experience in Continuous Improvement activity
- Adept with data collection and trend identification
- Awareness of project management skills and health and safety legislation
