As the Operations Support Team Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Ops team floor, ensuring seamless daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of a well-established company experiencing rapid growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage capacity planning to allocate resources for daily tasks ensuring targets are met
• Oversee the day-to-day teams performance ensuring individuals are hitting their KPIs
• Perform process analysis to find efficiencies and improvements to the customer
• Review and organise work to team members and provide support and direction
• Carrying out training when necessary to build versatility and strengthen skills
• Communicating strategies, initiatives, objectives and goals to the team
• Dealing with any escalations from the team to help unlock issues and ensure orders are progressing as per process targets
• Supporting sales administrative tasks
• Deal with any process issues, performing root cause analysis to implement corrective action plans
• Review and control cost of operation, work with other areas initiatives to reduce costs

Requirements:

• Experience within a Management role in an office environment, leading a small team and following up on KPIs performance.
• Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills including MS Excel.
• Ability to plan and organise your own workload.
• Ability to work well within a team and build confidence with other team members
