M ller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.
M ller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more M ller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like M ller Corner, M llerlight, M ller Bliss, M ller Rice, FRijj and M ller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.
We are currently recruiting at our Telford Site in the Operations Department for an Highly Skilled Operations Training Administrator. This position is for a 12 month fixed term duration.

In this role the key responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver the Site Training plan on time and in full at best value for Site
  • Achieve/exceed KPI targets, monitor trends and take corrective action where appropriate
  • Organise and motivate Site employees to attend all training scheduled
  • Manage and ensure availability of all required operating documentation
  • Lead by example, encouraging appropriate behavioural standards in support of Company values and culture
  • Take action to continuously improve productivity and efficiencies through development of Site employees
  • Carry out a timely and effective audit program of both full-time employees and agency personnel around training requirements and compliance
  • Ensure Operations have all the required skills to comply with their roles & responsibilities with regard to hygiene, GMP and all food safety requirements as defined by legislation and their training
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with the Site to ensure focus on key training, operational compliance and development requirements
  • Maintain an up to date Training Matrix; identifying areas of focus required to meet Site requirements
  • Writing of Standard Operating Procedures to meet training requirements
Key skills & experience:
  • Working experience in the FMCG manufacturing sector (desirable but not essential)
  • Minimum Level 2 food safety (desirable but not essential)
  • NEBOSH Certification (desirable but not essential)
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams of people, in group and individual sessions
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • NEBOSH Certified in Health & Safety (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of carrying out Risk Assessments and Compiling Safe Systems of Work (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to motivate and develop the team
  • Attention to detail
