Optical Assistant - The Role
- Well established independent

- Managing reception

- Meeting and greeting patient
- Booking appointments
- Pre-screening
- Making adjustments

- Dealing with complex patient queries
- Providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Working in a friendly team of 5-6 people
- Working 4 week days from 9am to 5.15pm and Sat Morning from 9am to 1.30pm
- Salary between £22,000 to £25,000 DOE
