SalaryA well-established independent Opticians based in Moseley, Birmingham are looking to recruit a full time Optical Assistant to join the team.
This is a well established practice which has gone from strength to strength. It has a long standing reputation in the area for its high levels of patient care and professionalism.
Optical Assistant - Role

- Loyal patient base of all ages

- Single/double tests each day
- Working alongside an experienced team including a Dispensing Optician
- Assisting with front of house, reception as well as pre-screening and other optical duties
- Constant investment into training and advanced equipment
- Working 5 days a week including a Saturday 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Sat)
- Salary around £21,500
Optical Assistant - Requirements
- Previous experience of working within an Opticians - At least a year
- Willing to learn and develop
- Excellent communications and organisational skills
- Friendly
- Will go above and beyond for the patient
