SalaryWe have a client looking for an Opticians Receptionist to work Saturdays, to also cover sickness and holidays.
This role will involve:
- Greeting customers
- Helping customers select frames
- Taking calls for appointments
- General administration duties
- Getting the clinic ready for the following day
- Ordering contact lenses, notifying patients their glasses or contact lenses are ready to collect
- Offering the best possible service to make patients feel special, including offering tea and coffee
Full training will be given.
Must be presentable with great customer service skills.
This is a great role if you are looking for experience within the optical field.
28 days holiday including bank holidays pro rata.
