I am excited to announce an Oracle Cloud HRIS Analyst opportunity for a 6-month contract working for a global financial services business. My client seeks an HR Systems and Data Specialist to support various Oracle projects. Over the past year, the business has been implementing Oracle Cloud and is now gearing up for the next phase, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, talent, and performance modules. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating reports, enhancing reporting capabilities, implementing training, and testing any changes made. This role operates on a global scale and sits across the Oracle HRIS team, HR management information and reporting, and reward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Systems & Analytics Manager to enhance platform configurations.
- Blueprint, design, and document new processes, including dataflow diagrams and business process maps.
- Execute user testing to verify adherence to agreed-upon requirements.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for global MI distribution within the business.
- Collaborate with the financial services business SMEs and the Change Manager to develop a robust change management/training strategy for HR and Business users.
- Support the formulation and delivery of training materials to facilitate team self-service objectives, enabling HR Colleagues and Managers to enhance their competency and confidence in reporting and dashboards.
- As a member of the Reward Centre of Excellence Team, provide support and knowledge on reward content and processes to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Overhaul and optimize existing Excel-based operational reporting methods, transitioning to more efficient delivery through the Cirrus reporting platform and other applicable tools.
- Generate and deliver monthly HR Management Information Reports, including MI for Board reports and other routine reports.
- Apply advanced data analysis skills to craft reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Provide reports and data to the Finance Team as required.
- Conduct in-depth research, comprehend, and present HR-related data using analytical techniques.
- Define reporting structures for employee data and statistics based on stakeholder requests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide additional support to the Reward Manager during the annual Compensation cycle.
- Participate in salary and budget planning, as well as surveys.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with occasional benchmarking requests.
- Thorough understanding and proficiency in Oracle HCM.
- Expertise in Oracle OTBI/Advanced reporting.
- Capability to acquire advanced skills for making minor configuration changes to Oracle HCM.
- Experience in presenting data for consumption by various stakeholders, including C Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and ideally Power BI.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to plan and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated track record in managing and delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely HR information.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and global grading using the Towers Watson methodology.
The role offers a competitive pay of £65,000 to £70,000 p.a. + bonus. You will work in the office on a hybrid basis, being comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
