Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end delivery of large workstreams.
- Leading client facing meetings and workshops.
- Guide offshore teams to design, configure and test a process area to successful deployment for a client.
- Cultivating client relationships, expanding your network, and accumulating diverse experiences to effectively address client needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
- Expertise in the Core HCM module.
- Background in Functional Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of workstreams.
- Consultancy background with involvement in pre-sales and business development activities.
