Our client, a leading in manufacturing innovative medical solutions is seeking an Order Entry Advisor to join their team.

As an Order Entry Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customers' orders.

Pay: 12ph

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Temp for up to 8 weeks

Based in Chester on the Business Park so easily accessible via public transport or to park for free

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter information into our systems, including matching serial numbers and identifying discrepancies.
• Programme stock following a straightforward process (full training will be provided).
• Pick relevant orders from incoming stock.
• Count faulty units ready to be sent to the Philippines.
• Follow key processes to ensure the smooth processing of customers' orders.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed our service levels.

Requirements:

• Ideally, candidates with an operational or logistics background will be preferred.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Comfortable with learning and adapting to new processes and systems.
