We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail to join our clients growing team as an Order Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with customers. You will be a key member of the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
Title:Order Administrator
Hours: Full Time (9am - 5pm)
Salary: 24,000 - 27,000
Location: Bracknell
The role will include:
- Manage the end-to-end process of customer accounts and orders
- Assisting customers to resolve outstanding orders yet to be delivered
- Monitor the team inbox and respond to queries efficiently
- Ensure customer invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Keep customers regularly updated on the progress of their orders and inform of any discrepancies
- Ensure the most cost-effective methods are used for order shipments
We are looking for:
- Confidence with IT and willingness to learn order processing systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An analytical thinker and problem solver
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A determined individual with a 'can-do' attitude
