Process Coordinator
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Reed Wolverhampton are seeking a Order Processing Coordinator to support our client based in Aldridge, Walsall on a full time, Permanent basis. The primary goal is to maintain throughput, drive continuous improvement, and achieve internal service levels to support the business’s on-time delivery from purchase order receipt to dispatch. 

Duties will include:
  • Release route cards based on business volume, with a minimum gauge marker of 20 route cards per day
  • Organise daily testing requirements for outgoing test pieces 
  • Manage document control from external suppliers
  • Support Order Processing continuous improvement plans to increase efficiency and cost awareness
  • Contribute to cost analysis by enhancing knowledge of supply routing and supply chains
  • Control and review Approved Vendor List (AVL) for the area you work in
  • Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and implement improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer wants and needs.
  • Ability to build a good rapport with suppliers.
