Key Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming orders and ensuring accurate entry into the system.
- Assessing orders, returns and processing credits.
- Reporting and liaising with internal teams on potential delays.
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
About you:
- You must have at least 1 years’ order processing experience.
- Fantastic attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
