About:
You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of orders into the internal system
Supporting the wider office teams with administrative tasks
Duties:
To take responsibility for timely processing of all orders received and make sure that any queries are resolved professionally and efficiently.
Complete daily reports
To prioritise tasks and make sure they are completed within the time allocated
Ensure all Collection and Complaint Notes are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
Raising of Credit Notes on the ASW Computer System.
Work with and maintain company administration systems and provide feedback regarding opportunities to improve service and efficiency in processes.
Assist the office teams to ensure efficient and professional customer service is maintained according to company guidelines.
Assist the office teams to ensure efficient and accurate information is entered and maintained in relation to Planning administration and Service requirements.
Ensure that all confidential information is kept within the Department and that the security codes for the computer are not misused.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Wednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm
