We have an excellent opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Advisor for our wonderful Bristol based Accountancy firm!
To be successful in this role you will have experience in -
- Leading on the monthly payroll processing
- Ensuring all the statutory reporting requirements of payroll are met
- Plan and facilitate the annual pay review – providing reporting and analysis as required
- Complete Gender pay reporting, creating the appropriate reports and analyses the data to support the development of plans to close any gaps
- Manage the job evaluation and benchmarking process – submitting data to WTW and setting and agreeing pay bands each year, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that pay decisions are appropriate.
- Work with the HR Operations manager to manage the annual benefits renewals
- Promote our employee benefits offering
- Main point of contact for pay and benefits queries
