Artis HR have an excellent opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Advisor for a wonderful Bristol based Accountancy client.
This opportunity entails:
- Leading on the monthly payroll processing
- Ensuring all the statutory reporting requirements of payroll are met
- Planning and facilitating the annual pay review - providing reporting and analysis as required
- Completing Gender pay reporting, creating the appropriate reports and analysing the data to support the development of plans to close any gaps
- Manage the job evaluation and benchmarking process - submitting data to WTW and setting and agreeing pay bands each year, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that pay decisions are appropriate.
- Working with the HR Operations manager to manage the annual benefits renewals
- Promoting their employee benefits offering
- Acting as main point of contact for pay and benefits queries
