Rewards & Benefit Advisor

Artis HR have an excellent opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Advisor for a wonderful Bristol based Accountancy client.

This opportunity entails:

• Leading on the monthly payroll processing
• Ensuring all the statutory reporting requirements of payroll are met
• Planning and facilitating the annual pay review - providing reporting and analysis as required
• Completing Gender pay reporting, creating the appropriate reports and analysing the data to support the development of plans to close any gaps
• Manage the job evaluation and benchmarking process - submitting data to WTW and setting and agreeing pay bands each year, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that pay decisions are appropriate.
• Working with the HR Operations manager to manage the annual benefits renewals
• Promoting their employee benefits offering
• Acting as main point of contact for pay and benefits queries
