An Order to Cash Leader is required for a temporary to permanent position in a thriving FMCG company based in London. The successful candidate will manage and streamline all accounts receivable processes and will play a key role in the Accounting & Finance Department.

Description
- Manage and streamline all processes related to accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer payment records.
- Generate and distribute financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing of products.
- Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage credit limits.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
Profile
A successful Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounts receivable role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong capabilities in Excel.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Offer
