Job description

An Order to Cash Leader is required for a temporary to permanent position in a thriving FMCG company based in London. The successful candidate will manage and streamline all accounts receivable processes and will play a key role in the Accounting & Finance Department.

Description

  • Manage and streamline all processes related to accounts receivable.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer payment records.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing of products.
  • Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
  • Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage credit limits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

Profile

A successful Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong capabilities in Excel.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • MUST HAVE DEALT WITH BIG SUPERMARKET LIKE ASDA, LIDL, SAINSUBURY, TESCO.....
