Hours: Full time

Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week office based)

Contract type: 12-month FTC

Salary: £52,188 to £57,492 per annum, inclusive of (£4,452) London Supplement

Do you have experience of organisational design? Can you look at current operational HR models and identify changes? Are you analytical with the ability to produce detailed reports?

This long-standing establishment are seeking an experienced organisational Development Design partner to support a large scale program to provide people and organisational overview and technical expertise for a period of 12 months.

As the Organisational Development Design Partner your responsibilities will include.

• Manage and coordinate staffing workstream including organisational design review and analysis across several business areas to provide operating model options for the future. Evaluating staff data to propose future operating model options.
• Lead on individual data analysis of numerous job roles to ensure the right conclusions and recommendations have been made.
• Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance in organisational design and redesign best practice approaches to the programme steering group and board.
• Work with finance to cost current operating model and new proposed operating models.
• Use data to identify the root cause of people and business issues in relation to ways of working, people, processes and systems.
• Engage with internal lead subject matter experts to provide appropriate support in areas such as resourcing, Employee Relations, Pay and Reward, HR Systems, Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion teams.

The skills you will bring to the role of Organisational Development Design partner will include:

• Proven track record and experience of delivering organisational design solutions in complex organisations.
• Demonstrable experience of effective data analysis to support organisational design.
• Demonstrable experience of building successful relationships with a wide group of stakeholders.
• Experience of working with consultancy partners to support organisational reviews and analysis.
