Organisational Design Consultant - TOM - Hybrid - 400- 450 p/d Inside IR35
You will help to support the design and implementation of a target operating model to transform the department from a project to a product led organisation.
The team are currently moving from high-level org design into a detailed design and implementation phase, working iteratively through the organisation in rapid sprints. The work will involve designing organisation structures & roles, facilitating working sessions to test and refine the design, plan for implementation & support the HR process to conduct people moves, consultation etc.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Experience working as an Org Design Consultant in a consulting.
- Any experience with HR Org Design, HR processes and governance.
- Stakeholder engagement
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working in consulting and / or the public sector.
- Rate - (inside IR35)
- Start - 11 March 2024
- Duration - 5 months
