The Role:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for art? We are seeking a Studio Manager to join our market-leading art company that specializes in high-end bespoke art. As a Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, client orders, and complex projects. Responsibilities:
- Organizational Skills: You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of information within the studio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Estimating Skills: While not mandatory, experience in estimating project costs and timelines is highly valued.
- Bookkeeping Knowledge: Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles will be advantageous.
- Design Experience: Understanding design concepts and terminology is essential.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
- Team Management: As a line manager, you’ll lead and support team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Technical Understanding: While this role isn’t creative, you should be able to read and comprehend drawing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- CAD Software (Advantageous): Experience with CAD software is a plus but not essential.
