- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using dental software and computer systems
