3 Position Trainee Dental Nurse

Location: EN11 8FN / Hoddesdon

Start Date: As soon as possible

Schedule: Part-time or full-time positions available. 3 or 4 days per week, with alternate Saturdays.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with one late finish until 7:30/8:00 PM and one-hour lunch break.
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Salary: Hourly rate, to be discussed, with a minimum starting rate of £11.50/hour negotiable at interview.

Duties/Responsibilities: We are currently seeking 2-3 Trainee Dental Nurses to join our esteemed team in Hoddesdon. No prior experience is required as we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training from the ground up.

As one of the premier practices in the area, we have years of experience in nurturing and training Dental Nurses, helping them kickstart their careers in the dental industry. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of dental procedures.

Daily Duties of Trainee Dental Nurses:

• Assisting dentists during treatments and procedures
• Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Sterilising instruments and maintaining a clean and organised surgery environment
• Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Taking accurate notes and recording patient information during appointments
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions

Skills or Requirements:

• No prior experience required; we provide full training
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Operating Hours of Practice: Evening Appointments Available, Closed on Sundays

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Fridays: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
