SalaryExperienced Registered General Nurses with a background in Orthopaedics are sought to join a renowned hospital team known worldwide for its commitment to innovation and research, providing high-quality care to patients at local, regional, and national levels. Key responsibilities for RGNs include:
- Assisting patients with mobility and providing education on pre and post-operative self-protection.
- Preparing patients for surgery.
- Monitoring and administering pain medication.
- Collecting urine, tissue, and blood samples.
- Assisting with the application of wound dressings.
- Checking vital signs.
Minimum requirements for applicants include NMC registration, a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, a valid DBS, and the right to work. Candidates should also be willing to undergo any additional training required by the trust.
