Consultant: Between £45,000 and £55,000 plus 10% bonus
Location: Hybrid - Offices in most major cities - Client Travel involved

Hays Technology are currently recruiting for a multiple OT Security Consultants and Senior OT Security Consultants.
The role will be focused around providing risk and governance consultancy to this organisation's CNI clients surrounding Operational Technology & SCADA.
Your new role will involve
- Working with client organisations to coordinate and set their cyber and risk requirements, providing oversight through various project and asset lifecycles and implementations
- Sometimes working on client sites, acting as a cyber-SME to coordinate and make sure security risks are assessed, and completing relevant documentation regarding implementations and safety
- Using appropriate industry OT standards and frameworks for to complete cyber risk assessments for projects and asset management
- Selecting and utilising appropriate technology for clients' security requirements
- Helping deploy appropriate technologies and OT standards and frameworks in live OT/ICS environments
- Client and stakeholder engagement
- Leading and contributing to the delivery of high-quality multidisciplined technical advice and consultancy to clients.
- Supporting with team leadership responsibilities (KPI's, business metrics, developing business plans etc.)
- Eligibility for SC clearance
- Experience delivering OT Cyber Consultancy in critical national infrastructure organisations
- Experience working on plants of any type in an OT security capacity
- Experience delivering cyber and risk consultancy to clients
- Experience completing risk assessments throughout full project lifecycles
- Practical experience and understanding of IEC62443, NCSC CAF, NIST etc.
- For Senior/Principal Consultant positions: Team leadership experience, proven experience leading multidisciplinary security projects
- Ability and willingness to travel
- £45,000 to £75,000 per annum depending on the role applied for and experience
- Discretionary bonus circa 10%
- £5,500 car allowance for Senior Consultants
