* Proven success in outbound marketing, specializing in lead generation campaigns.
* Proficient in B2B marketing channels: email, LinkedIn, and content marketing, optimizing each for results.
* Skilled in data analysis and CRM tools to drive campaign effectiveness.
* Proficient in collaboration tools, notably Hubspot.
* Innovative thinker, expert in devising creative lead generation strategies.
Your new role.
* Strategize and execute multi-channel Outbound Campaigns.
* Tailor high-performing campaigns by understanding client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and products/services.
* Collaborate with the data team to create precise target lists and campaign setups.
* Coordinate with Copywriters to deliver conversion-focused copy.
* Direct the Creative Team in producing attention-grabbing, hyper-personalized content using in-house tools.
* Harness intent data and top-tier information for campaign success.
* Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaign components.
* Define and track campaign KPIs
* Develop and present comprehensive weekly campaign reports.
* Analyse campaign performance and fine-tune strategies based on insights.
* Create roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and optimization workflows.
* Maintain regular client communication, presenting campaign strategies and addressing inquiries or concerns.
