Campaign Manager
£33k - £38k
Bristol based predominantly, can offer a 3/2 split (3 days in office) combined with a 4/1 split the following week.
We are looking for a dynamic Campaigns Manager to drive progressive change in animal welfare by managing and leading a team of highly motivated campaign ensuring the excellent, on-time, and high impact delivery environmental campaigns.

You will excel in developing strategies, plans, and tactics, demonstrating strong organisational skills, innovation, and effective problem-solving. With the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment, you will adeptly and efficiently prioritise and manage multiple tasks. As a Campaigns Manager you will have to work with a budget and meet deadlines for multiple campaigns. You will need to manage the organisation’s output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
Key skills
· Previous experience in outstanding campaign/project execution, preferably in campaigning, animal welfare/against animal cruelty plus comms/marketing, advertising agency or PR.
· Direct management experience with staff, freelancers, including mentoring members of staff who are new to the team and leading in annual appraisals.
· Excellent copywriting and editing skills for digital and print materials.
· Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative
· Adept at working to tight deadlines.
· Strong analytical skills, interpreting KPIs to improve campaign strategies.
· Flair for creating engaging video, graphics, blogs, and other communications content.
· Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization.
· Provide training, resources, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness
· Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness, conducting regular debriefs
· Act as a spokesperson and represent the charity in media interviews (training will be given)
· Promote campaigns through various channels and collaborate with other teams.
· Lead the organisation and prioritisation of campaign events and participate in regional and national activities
· Produce reports and communicate regularly with the Directors on all areas of work
· Produce high donor reports on campaigns
· Assist with production of grant applications for campaigns

· Creative: Be creative from an idea’s perspective, and have a good understanding of how to engage and motivate people
