Hours of work:
25 hours per week / 5 hours per day
Monday – Friday 12.00pm – 18.00 (rotated 5 hrs i.e. 12.00 – 17.00 or 12.30 - 17.30 or 1.00 – 18.00)
Job Purpose
To be an administrative support to the Post Room team assisting with all post room duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing main Remote Central Print for all offices, over 2,000 letter printing a day, collating and checking all legal and court mail
• Prep all post and collation of mail, following the processes in place
• Working to SLA and KPI’s for all outbound post
• Sorting and auditing outbound post into Royal Mail, DX, Couriers
• Following Quality Control
• Ensuring post is referenced and sorted as per the processes and procedures
• Working on line with various software applications, mainly Royal Mail Click and Drop
• Assisting with Inbound mail as and when required
• Working across all functions, as per weekly rota
• Scanning operative of all post using Mstore
• To follow all post room process and procedures
• Driving duties if required/able
Experience and Knowledge
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT knowledge working on similar PC systems
• Customer focussed
• Ability to cope under pressure
Desirable:
• Full driving licence
