Yo-Yo OFFICE® is the UK's leading brand for active and agile office furniture. Our company has grown rapidly with the surge in awareness of the health benefits of active furniture coupled with the shift towards Hybrid Working. We own 2 rapidly growing office furniture brands: Yo-Yo DESK, the #1 brand for Standing Desks in the UK, and Yo-Yo POD, a mobile, modular acoustic booth which was launched in 2023.
The timing is now as we prepare for our next phase of major sales growth. Office workplaces across the UK are preparing for radical change. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this position will work closely with other members of our Sales team. We have growing client base which we need to mine, classify and build robust CRM processes and Sales Optimisation to allow us effectively to grow our sales pipeline.
You will be a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit with a background in Sales. We are looking for people who are passionate about mental and physical wellness as these are the primary benefits to the solutions we offer.
THE ROLE
The candidate will excel at both servicing customers and creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach you will use your expertise to identify and answer enquiries, qualify leads and generate sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
With training in our core product offering, distinctive USP’s and how we deliver best-practise customer experience - you will be given the opportunity to shape your future incentivised to do so with a combination of commission and profit share.
RESPONSABILITIES
· Outbound sales activity aimed at gaining feedback, classification of opportunity and scheduling further actions for sales team
· Inbound sales customer handling including conversion of sales enquiries / prospects, and up-selling.
· Relationship building, including updating our CRM lead generation and account management actions
· Assisting sales enquires, quotes, orders, customer reviews (via Phone, Email, Chat). Successfully convert business from new and existing customer accounts
· Manage simple negotiations and requesting support from our senior Sales Executives for more complex negotiation. Assist the team to deliver / exceed monthly sales targets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· 2 years' experience in sales, customer services and not necessarily in office furniture
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal / written English. Immaculate attention to detail, excellent time keeping and organisational skills
· Enjoy working independently, flexible and adaptable
· Computer literacy, ability to write concisely and working knowledge of CRM systems
· Confident, ambitious, social, physically active with a good sense of humour
REMUNERATION will depend on experience and the candidate
· £23,0000 - £28,000 per annum + Commission Bonus + Profit Share
· On Target Earnings: £30,000 – £38,000 (incl. Basic, Bonus + Profit Share)
LOCATION
· Hybrid: Office based in Coalville Leicestershire and WFH 1 – 2 days a week.
