Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for on a 3 Month Contract, based in Cornwall.
THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35
Working as part of a team, the role holder will provide Incident support and change to End User Devices as part of the End User Workplace services tower for the DCP customer. The role holder will physically visit to resolve, maintain, support and change (HIMAC - Hardware Installation, Move, Add & Change) the end user devices in accordance with the vetted and scheduled work orders. These devices cover, Desktop computers, Laptops, IT telephony (Mobile device build) and IT peripherals. The role holder will ensure all incidents are vetted, diagnosed and/or processed so that they meet with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
The role holder will be responsible for maintaining appropriate skills to support existing and new customer requirements in line with the EMS Service Catalogue and portfolio.
This role requires an innovative, engaging, driven individual who has a proven record of achievement and experience in collaborating across teams of highly skilled technical experts in an ITIL disciplined environment. The role holder is part of the DCP Managed Service Team and the EMS Technical Services Team and works within an agreed budget to ensure the contractual requirements for End User Workplace (Schedule 4) –4 SLAs and assigned SLAs from Schedule13 are met or exceeded
