Outbound Sales Executive

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a globally known, leading provider of parts cleaning equipment for a dynamic Outbound Sales Executive to fuel business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers via generated lead to set appointments for the sales team. Role & Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, setting up appointments for the sales team
Manage and update customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and effective lead management
Follow up with leads, nurturing them into valuable sales opportunities
Collaborate closely and coordinate with the sales team to understand existing quotes and close deals
Proactively reach out to leads provided by the company, highlighting services' value and scheduling appointments
Stay informed about products, target market, and competitors to drive effective sales strategies
Consistently exceed appointment setting targets and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
Identify opportunities to enhance CRM processes and workflows for greater efficiency
Skills & Experience:
Previous sales or appointment setting experience preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems like Dynamics, Salesforce, or Zoho
A passion for sales success and a results-driven mindset
Self-motivation and proactive work ethic
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
Resilience & adaptability to evolving business needs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Industry knowledge is advantageous
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
