Role & Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, setting up appointments for the sales team
- Manage and update customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and effective lead management
- Follow up with leads, nurturing them into valuable sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely and coordinate with the sales team to understand existing quotes and close deals
- Proactively reach out to leads provided by the company, highlighting services' value and scheduling appointments
- Stay informed about products, target market, and competitors to drive effective sales strategies
- Consistently exceed appointment setting targets and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM processes and workflows for greater efficiency
Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales or appointment setting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Dynamics, Salesforce, or Zoho
- A passion for sales success and a results-driven mindset
