Location: Sheffield, UK (Office-based)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (UK Time), 5 days a week, Monday - Sunday

Salary: 24,000 GBP + bonuses (28,000 OTE)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team at our Sheffield office. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them with our products, and ultimately driving sales conversions. Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of promoting and selling our products/services.

2. Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.

3. Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

4. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest and create a positive customer experience.

5. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

7. Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated success in Outbound Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.

3. Ability to handle objections and rejection positively, maintaining enthusiasm and motivation.

4. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals.

5. Flexibility to work within a dynamic and evolving sales environment.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
