A fully "Good"-rated hospital for independent elective healthcare is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult) to join and lead the Outpatients department as the Clinical Services Manager .
With a comprehensive imaging centre (including a JAG-accredited endoscopy suite), 3 operating theatres, and an upgraded physiotherapy facility on-site, the hospital provides a broad range of medical, surgical, and allied health interventions to residents of East London, Essex and further afield - from women's health and dermatology clinics, to specialist renal and gastroenterology care, to advanced neuro and orthopaedic procedures (and corresponding post-op rehabilitation).
As Clinical Services Manager, you will strategically plan and manage the Outpatients department, as well as direct and motivate your team to perform at and further enhance their full potential. You will also be able to maintain and develop your own hands-on clinical skills, leading the department by example.
This is a permanent , full-time ( 37.5h ) role for an Outpatients Clinical Services Manager.
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult).
* ( Essential ) Experience nursing within a busy Outpatients department.
* ( Essential ) Experience in clinical leadership.
