Shift times: (Flexibility Required to work Mon-Sat) typically shift pattern will be either early shift 7.30am-3.30pm or Late 12.30pm-8.30pm

We’re looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join the Outpatients Department @ The Wilmslow Hospital
The hospital is made up of 13 consultant rooms; a full diagnostic imaging suite; 2 operating theatres and a dedicated women’s health unit. The Outpatients Department services a wide range of specialities, within which the post holder will develop skills.
Reporting to the Matron, the purpose of the Charge Nurse is to be responsible for ensuring high standards of nursing care are met and maintained, monitoring compliance of drug administering and providing support to all clinicians.
As an operational clinical leader, you will be a role model both clinically and professionally to all staff. The Sister/Charge Nurse will demonstrate the ability to manage key internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:
NMC Registered Nurse Level 1
Management experience
Experience working in an Outpatient setting (essential)
Clinical sound and competent
Phlebotomy trained
Wound care management
