RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Basingstoke for an Outreach Services Manager. This is a full time, permanent role and offers a salary of £28,753 per year.
As the Outreach Services Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing expert support for adults with a history of rough sleeping. Your role involves managing complex situations, influencing effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered accommodation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff teams to provide expert support and empower clients to achieve their goals.
- Improve service delivery based on feedback from clients, partners, and staff.
- Provide strategic leadership to reduce rough sleeping in Basingstoke, working closely with commissioners and partners.
- Lead multi-agency working and progress referrals into the service.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service outcomes and financial management.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies.
- Represent the service and organization at strategic forums and operational working groups.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Comprehensive knowledge of rough sleeping and homelessness causes.
- Experience in staff team management, housing management, and budget management.
- Previous work with rough sleepers and socially excluded individuals.
- Understanding of benefits and housing benefits systems.
- Full driving license and access to own car for work purposes.
This role will be subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
