Outreach Services Manager

RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Basingstoke for an Outreach Services Manager. This is a full time, permanent role and offers a salary of £28,753 per year.
As the Outreach Services Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing expert support for adults with a history of rough sleeping. Your role involves managing complex situations, influencing effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered accommodation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead staff teams to provide expert support and empower clients to achieve their goals.
* Improve service delivery based on feedback from clients, partners, and staff.
* Provide strategic leadership to reduce rough sleeping in Basingstoke, working closely with commissioners and partners.
* Lead multi-agency working and progress referrals into the service.
* Ensure accurate documentation of service outcomes and financial management.
* Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies.
* Represent the service and organization at strategic forums and operational working groups.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Comprehensive knowledge of rough sleeping and homelessness causes.
* Experience in staff team management, housing management, and budget management.
* Previous work with rough sleepers and socially excluded individuals.
* Understanding of benefits and housing benefits systems.
* Full driving license and access to own car for work purposes.
