Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness which some of the most vulnerable in our society. To reduce rough sleeping in Belfast by meaningful engagement with new entrenched Rough Sleepers, many of whom have complex and multiple needs. As an Outreach Worker, you will work as part of a team on a shift basis enabling Rough Sleepers to access appropriate accomodation and support services which will help them to move on from the street. You will do street work by developing effective relationships with rough sleepers and providing targeted and personalised support.
What you will need to succeed.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have personal or work experience of providing support for someone, good organisational and record-keeping skills, be an excellent communicator with resilience to adapt. Have empathy and understand others and their

• £24,450.00 p/a
• 37.5 hours per week.
