Monday to Friday - from central Wimbledon office
9.00am-5.30pm
Our client needs someone for 2 months, during which time defined accounts need to be reconciled, as well as overseeing historic vendor queries received via e-mails.
Tasks needed to be covered:
- Reconcile supplier accounts, ledger to supplier statements and resolve any queries, requesting invoices, proposing adjustments, obtaining authorisation for adjustments
- Matching payments against invoices in ledger
- Following up on vendor queries raised, reconciling vendor accounts to our ledger (across current and legacy accounting systems) and resolving queries
You’ll need:
- Excellent communication with business stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience in NAV system and Docuware advantageous.
- To be a self-starter and driven to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in an Overhead/Expense Ledger
- Strong Microsoft, Word, Excel skills
- Navision an advantage but not essential
