Overheating Assessor

My client is an award winning leading consultancy who provide sustainable planning and development services based in the lovely coastal area of Devon, but provide the work flexibility to work all over the country. My client is looking to recruit an Overheating Assessor
Job responsibilities include:
- Producing Overheating TM52, TM59, and Part O assessments
- Thermal Modelling, overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES software
- Energy assessments and modelling improvements
- Provide consultancy on building design so it is in line with Part L
- Working with clients and project team to ensure sustainability requirements are achieved throughout development
Requirements for an Overheating Assessor include:
- Good level of general education in regard to English and Maths and be computer literate
- Experience with IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
