About the role
This post will manage and lead the pay & Conditions team to deliver an effective and efficient payroll administration function, which works effectively with other service areas to enable the Business Services Centre (BSC) and the Council to meet its SLA’s and overall service objectives. Support the pay & Conditions team to provide a range of administrative processes; to include giving day to day procedural advice and undertaking administrative and customer support duties in pursuit of the above and work flexibly within the overall Business Services Centre (BSC) Team and contribute fully as part of the BSC management team.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of using Business Systems to deliver services.
- Experience of delivering support services.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Experience of Microsoft Office and IT packages.
