My client based on Hartlebury Trading Estate is looking to recruit a part-time Temp Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis This role is to start in early January and the working hours required are 4 days a week, (Apply online only) The main responsibilities of the role include - Mange enquiries that come into the office on a daily basis - Mange visitors to the site and liaise with senior management for meeting room set-up - Manage the diary for senior management - General admin including Data Entry - ordering stock and stationary as required As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Previous experience in a similar ole - Excellent communication skills - Good IT skills incl.
