My client based on Hartlebury Trading Estate is looking to recruit a part-time Temp Administrator on a Temp to Perm basisThis role is to start in early January and the working hours required are 4 days a week, The main responsibilities of the role include- Mange enquiries that come into the office on a daily basis - Mange visitors to the site and liaise with senior management for meeting room set-up- Manage the diary for senior management- General admin including Data Entry- ordering stock and stationary as requiredAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar ole- Excellent communication skills- Good IT skills incl.
