SalaryThis law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a range of solicitors, including partners and associate lawyers with day-to-day administration, and ensure a seamless connection between various functions - working on a hybrid basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience, preferably 3 years and in a law firm - but not essential.
This Personal Assistant must be confident, and able to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines efficiently. They should have excellent written and verbal; communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals across the business.
High levels of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality are prerequisites.
Duties include but not limited to:
- New client setup, diary management and zooms/DocuSign).
- Providing support to the other EA’s and holiday/sick cover in the office.
- Billing – a good grasp of maths, raising invoices, dealing with disbursements (third-party costs), history with litigation billing (not a requirement but desirable).
- General in-office admin (scanning, shredding, sorting post to be sent out, answering telephones, preparing meeting rooms for guests).
- Digital dictation
- Amending documents
- Copy typing
- Using our digital filing and time recording system
- Expenses
- Marketing admin including Linkedin and Website posts
- Social company events (summer/winter parties, drinks/charity runs)
Hours: 9:30-6pm
Based: Hybrid (3 days office /2 wfh)
Salary: £40-45k
