SalaryKnight Frank is looking to recruit for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Associate into their prestigious Hampstead office.

We're looking for someone ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tenant interactions, including generating viewings and securing property lets.
- Obtain instructions on properties meeting quality standards and quantity targets.
- Maintain accurate records on our internal database.
- Handle enquiries from various channels professionally.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and follow up on feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Associate or Valuer.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Proven track record in closing deals.
- ARLA qualified
- Knowledge of Hampstead and/or North London areas is advantageous, along with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and competition
