We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, welcoming guests, ensuring the cleanliness of meeting spaces, and handling confidential information. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our office and requires someone with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Day to day of the role:- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for all employees.
- Welcome guests and offer refreshments such as tea or coffee.
- Maintain the meeting room's cleanliness and readiness for guests at all times.
- Manage multiple bookings and meetings, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Handle excel sheets and KPIs for the direct reportees of Directors.
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare summaries as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data as requested.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Directors efficiently.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in managing travel bookings and meeting arrangements.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of office presentation.
