We have picked up an exciting opportunity for highly flexible and dynamic PA to join a very well-known sporting association. Supporting the Marketing and Comms Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to them and occasionally the wider team. The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, have a can-do attitude and thrive when working at pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain the Directors diaries and schedules.
- Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Organize events and socials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Working in a large social team, you will need to be extremely flexible to last minute changes as no two days are the same, making it an excitingly varied role. Based in Wembley, you will only be required to go in two days a week and you’ll be seriously looked after with incredible benefits such as free lunches, free parking and free tickets to well-known sporting events. An interest in Sports, specifically football, is a real bonus!
