SalaryTop Legal 500 law firm with offices across London and Essex are currently recruiting for a Private ClientLegal Secretary due to growth within the team in their offices close to Walthamstow.
Both full time or part time candidates will be considered.
You will be an experienced Legal Secretary ideally to have worked within the area of Private client, wills and probate however, they understand skills are transferrable and happy to consider candidates from a different legal discipline.
This is a full time, office based role with experience of -
- Legal Secretary ideally having experience of working in Wealth Management / Private Client Department.
- Extremely organised individual with excellent file management/organising skills.
- Keyboard and computerised system skills - 65 wpm typing (minimum). Audio typing skills are essential. Experience of working with a case management system.
- Accurate and quick worker with ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of the firm’s systems and standards and correspondence styles;
- Accuracy is essential with good command of English punctuation, grammar, spelling and composition.
Salary is in the region of £25,000 - £30,000
