Personal Assistant/Office Manager - New HomesSalary: £30,000-£35,000 per AnnumFull-Time, Permanent (Part-Time role considered for the right candidate)Based in NorwichWe are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to work closely with the Regional Managing Director, working for a Leading Housing Developer who specialise in building quality affordable homes throughout the Home Counties.
Responsibilities/Essential and Desirable Characteristics
- A dynamic and well-organised individual that can work well under pressure
- Experience of managing diaries, organising travel and a general high-knowledge of PA duties
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Advanced Powerpoint knowledge as you will regularly collate presentations for staff events/board meetings
- Previous marketing experience or some level of knowledge on the subject would be advantageous.
- Confidence is key as you will often be needed to act as front of house for events etc
- Experience of organising events
- Ideally experience line managing staff
