SalaryWe are on the hunt for a Personal Assistant Support Worker to provide direct support to the Head of Programmes who is visually impaired. Although you will not be working for the company per say you will be working within the company supporting the head of programmes with her role.
About the role
Not two days are the same, there are conflicting priorities and the requirements to react to the demands of the business. Our Head of Programmes is a strong, straight-talking leader who is meticulous and favours those that can pay attention to detail. This is a confidential role as you will be dealing with both personal and business matters. The successful candidate would be working in a team of 15 but solely responsible to the Head of Programmes.

Key responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging, planning & coordinating meetings
- Organizing travel itineraries and handling expenses
- Support meetings and minute taking as required
- Handling administration on behalf of the Head of Programmes, including presentations, CRM uploads, email correspondence etc.
About you:
- Experience of working with someone who is disabled (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience working in an admin role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Efficient typing skills (minimum of 50wpm)
- Computer literate: software that will be utilised will be Salesforce, Microsoft, JAWS and Dragon
- Ability to ensure activities and tasks are completed within time frames

The role is duel based with the candidate needing to operate from our office near Canary Wharf as well as travelling to the home of the Manager to continue supporting her administrative needs.
