We are currently seeking an Administrator with excellent customer service skills to work for a friendly and professional organisation.
This is an office based role
Duties:
- Providing general administrative support
- Offering a high level of customer service
- Assisting with problem resolution
- Client liaison to arrange external appointments
- Checking and collating information
- Maintaining and updating a database
- Liaising with internal and external customers and clients
Personal Specification:
- Excellent communicator
- Detail orientated
- Plans meticulously and is able to work with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient user of Microsoft and Databases
- Confident and proactive with the ability to investigate and resolve issues and problems
