An extremely varied role requiring someone who can multitask, has excellent attention to detail and amazing customer service skills.

You will be PC literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Able to pick things up quickly as there are several portals that you will need to update.

This is not a 9am – 5pm working week!

You will be expected to work either 8am – 2pm or 2pm – 8pm three days per week on a rotating shift, the other two days will be 9am – 5pm.  You will also need to work one Saturday morning in four 8.30am – 1.00pm (although this may be negotiable)

Typical duties will include:

• Taking calls, booking and rescheduling appointments
• Taking payment for treatment
• Typing letters
• Managing a weekly rota for 10 employees
• Ensuring the portals are up to date
• Scanning documents to add to files
